Our Best Adsense Alternative

At the moment, from looking at our statistics from websites in numerous niches, our current best performing Adsense alternative is Adversal.

Adversal is our favourite for a number of reasons. They have an easy to use reporting system, high CPM rates and also their support is top notch. For us this is everything we need in an advertising network.

Adversal have raised their minimum requirements for publishers up to 50,000 page views per month. We see this as a positive move and it can only help increase CPM rates for those of us who successfully join their publishing program.

Banned from Adsense?

We are aware many people come looking for Adsense alternatives once they have been banned from Adsense. Those of you who still wish to use Adsense ads along side other networks, this is fine for most ad networks but please make sure you read the terms and conditions as this can change. Google says currently that it is fine to use Adsense along side another advertising network as long as the ads look different. For this reason it is a good idea to keep the colour settings on Adsense different to those used on other ad networks just to be safe.

Thanks! Glad you like the site so much Dontirex. If you try out any of the networks, let us know how you get on.

      Hi Nithin

It is hard to say what is the best paying ad network as it is dependent on your niche, website quality and many other factors. We suggest trying out a few different ad networks and seeing what works best for you.

Wow, there are lots of them. I’m actually looking forward to register my site with BullSellAds. I heard that they are very strict in accepting new sites to maintain their quality.

    • Dave Erin says

They ask for 100,000 views per month or a site that looks the part even though you are not quite reaching those figures. So really, if you are great at web design and have great content then you do not need to wait until you are receiving all those visitors. Quality control can only be a good thing, it keeps the advertisers paying higher amounts to the publishers that are accepted.

    • Dave Erin says

No problem! We hope you get on well with the ones you sign up for. Be sure to let us know how it goes.

    • Dave Erin says

      Hi Artikel
The great thing about these alternatives is that you can use these networks alongside Adsense and they are not only useful for publishers who have been banned from adsense. A lot of people these days are familiar with how Adsense ads look and this causes ad blindness. With the right niches you can get high CTRs and overcome ad blindness by using different networks.

    • Dave Erin says

      Hi Rohit

Thanks for stopping by. Depending on what niche you’re in will depend on which network works best for you. That’s great that you like Chitika as well! All the best with it!

  2. says

There are several choices for adsense alternatives. Want to use different baskets. Using three to four options. Chitika, Viglink, Clickbank is the good choice.

    • Dave Erin says

      Hi Krishnan

I totally agree with you, sometimes it is best to use a few ad networks and see what works best for you. This might also mean using a few ad networks conjunctively.

  3. Richard Mays says

The only challenge I have with alternatives is that they do not pay the amount that makes it worth it. At the point where I am now it would most likely be smarter for me to find an affiliate program. But I realize for certain niches it can be just as good as google adsense. But when I’m making $10+ per targeted visitor to my own offers, of course it doesn’t make sense to sell them off to the highest bidder who will use it to bank off my hard work. I found that on my niche specifically I could max out at around $1 and that’s also before the split.

If you have any ideas of places where you believe such ads can be beneficial I’d love to know about it!

      Hi Richard

Some monetizing strategies work better with some sites compared to others. By what you have said here it doesn’t make sense to have advertising on your site if you will be losing out on your income. Sometimes affiliate marketing can be more beneficial. We’ve had a lot of luck with ShareASale and some of their partners.

    • Dave Erin says

Hi Richard, I know a lot of other publishers are having a lot of luck with Adversal and Bidvertiser but honestly the best thing to do is just sign up to a few different networks and test them out for a while and see which one you get the best results with. Good luck with it!

  4. says

Hi. This is a big list of adsense alternatives. Thanks a lot for it. But I must say that few sites such as BuysellAds, Triblefusion requires you to have good amount of traffic before they can approve you.

I had a hard time with BuySellAds. Probably my site was not approved because of being new.

Adversal is good, but I don’t think their CPC is good.

Right now I’m just monetizing my site with Adsense and I think I’m happy with it. :) Before I can apply for triblefusion I would need much traffic first and I’m concentrating on that now.

    Thanks. Great list!!!

      Hey Preet!

Thanks for stopping by. Not all ad networks are the right fit for all sites so you really do need to try a few out until you find one that you’re happy with. Good luck getting the extra traffic, what strategies are you using?

    • Dave Erin says

      Hi Drkaipatil

It is best to apply for a few ad networks and test them out on your blog. Ad networks will pay different rates depending on the source of your traffic, your niche and the look of your site. Let us know how you get on.

I used to interact with webmasters, and many of them were looking for an alternative as to Google Adsense.

Your site caught my attention. Therefore, for sure I will recommend to these kinds of people for paying a visit to your site here.

    • Dave Erin says

      Hi Bobby

Adversal changed their criteria last year, if you can get accepted by them they are one of the better ad networks to work with.

    • Dave Erin says

      Hey Binaya!

Glad we could help you out! If you do sign up with any of the ad networks, let us know how it works out for you.

  6. says

I think the list can be much bigger. Like you said that for you Adversal is the best alternative, for others a smaller network can generate big earnings. It all depends of the share rate a particular network set for your website.

    • Dave Browne says

      Hi Yan

We are always on the look out for worthy ad networks to add to the list, please let us know which ad networks you have profitable. A lot of our readers have had success with Adversal so far, that’s why we say it is one of the best.

    • Dave Browne says

      Hi Rahulb

Yes you can use it for more than one site or blog. Let us know how you find Adversal.

  7. says

Another alternative for Adsense is -> you set up a gig and provide any online space. You’ll get requests, so you keep the full control over your channel by accept or decline it. It’s complete free to use, adysite only charges winnings.

  8. Ava says

Hi…I agree with Yan M. that this list can be much bigger. I’m surprised I didn’t see Qadabra on this list! It has a really low minimum payout and you can sign up immediately — and it works really well for me. Their support team is always available, you can’t really find these things with a lot of platforms. Anyone else had luck with Qadabra?

    • Dave Browne says

Hi Adil, you can always apply and if you don’t get approved try one of the other adsense alternatives that are not as concerned with traffic.

  9. says

That’s really an excellent list of Adsense alternatives. I do know some of them, but it’s good to know more alternatives.

While there are alternatives to AdSense, there is no substitute…

    • Dave Browne says

      Hi Nidhin,

Adversal want sites that receive over 50,000 visitors per month but I have heard of cases where sites have been approved that receive far less than this. You can always just apply and wait to see what happens. Good luck with it!

  10. says

As Google is becoming more strict in their guidelines, we often see Google adsense accounts banned with no valid reason provided. Thanks for providing here the Google adsense alternatives and i believe that we can earn much better income from these sources. I tried affiliate marketing on my blog as well with real success. Thanks once again for good post.

In some cases, many bloggers and marketers want to know some top paying or high-paying adsense alternatives.

It’s easier said than done to pass over Google Adsense’s qualifications, some were banned and it’s like a horror story for them. Since there are alternatives and we know not all knows that there are other ways to make money even without Google Adsense, this article will open their mind and give them hope.

Affiliate marketing is one of the best and I want it to put forward. I also like Chitika, it is painless to use and applying is uncomplicated.

That’s fantastic Ankit, we find using a few ad networks at a time can be the best monetization strategy.

  12. says

All the above mentioned alternatives are great,But i don’t think anyone of them will pay as good as Google adsense pays still Adbrite, bidadvertiser and info links are good for the newbie bloggers.

    • Dave Browne says

Hi Ayesha, Bidvertiser and Infolinks can be good for newbies, Adbrite closed down a few years ago. Our readers also find Adversal really profitable but you need to meet their criteria.

Hey, Love your website!! Has a lot of information on it. our website is For now we us Chitika. Still have a lot more exploring to do with others

Great alternatives of google adsense. It’s good to see that there are also other ways to make money without adsense due to it’s hard approval and strict TOS which we have to take care of certain things to stop
violating AdSense policies. However Adsense is the best advertising program to monetize any blog but if did’nt get approval or got banned from it then these alternatives are the best way to monetize any blog… of certain things to stop
violating AdSense policies .Thanks a lot for sharing. :)

  15. says

Great list of alternatives thank you. I’m new the world of ad networks and was wondering which ad networks accept sites with less than 5000 views per month?

  16. says

For me Google Adsense have been the easy one. But, it is always good to know about other great alternatives.

I have used many of it as trials, and top three are Infolinks, Viglink and RevenueHits.

    Nice list. :)
